Flinty Red is a collaboration between the chefs Matthew Williamson and Claire Thomson and the wine merchants Dominic Harman and Rachel Higgens of Corks of Cotham.

We are an informal restaurant with a daily changing menu (see the links on the left) and a large selection of wine by the glass and carafe.

We are open for lunch from 12-3 Tuesday to Saturday and for dinner from 6:30-10 Monday to Saturday.
